I'm Nil Bacardit Vinyals, co-CTO and DevOps engineer at Iskra, where I help lead the company’s technical strategy, infrastructure, and development practices. I earned my degree in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Manresa and went on to complete a Master’s in Computer Science at Aarhus University in Denmark.

I began my professional journey as a Python developer at Iskra, later joining Onna, where I expanded my experience working on large-scale data and backend systems. After a year and a half, I returned to Iskra, where I now focus on backend architecture, DevOps, and guiding our engineering teams.

Beyond tech, I’m passionate about reading, writing, and staying active — especially through running. I enjoy exploring the intersection of creativity, systems thinking, and continuous learning in both my work and personal life.
