For more than 20 years, University of Jyväskylä has utilized Plone for hundreds of different implementations, from public websites and intranets to e-commerce, learning environments, enrolment portals, digital workflows, video publishing platforms and many more. All of this based on open source code, with no licence fees and no restrictions. Recent implementations include the Researchvideo and ILPO portals. In 2025, the video portal Moniviestin will be renewed.
